TRIP TO THE NATIONAL ZOO

 We continued Sky's birthday weekend with a trip to one of her favorite places - the zoo!!  Here are some pics from the trip:

BIRTHDAY DINNER AND FIRST TRIP TO BUILD A BEAR

For Sky's birthday dinner, we took her to one of our favorite spots - Chevy's of course.  The night was complete with the birthday sombrero and ice cream.  Then, we took Sky on her first trip to Build a Bear.  She picked out a pink bear, named her Babs and dressed her in a soccer outfit!!  We had such a nice time celebrating the little one's 3rd birthday!

SKY'S 3RD BIRTHDAY AT PUMP IT UP

SUPPORTING UNCLE DOUG AT HIS IRON-MAN TRIATHLON

Dave, Sky and I headed to Cambridge, MD to support Doug during his Iron-man Triathlon race!   The race consisted of a 2.4 mile swim, 112 mile bike ride and finishes with a 26.2 mile run!  OH MY!!  Doug started the race around 7:00 in the morning and finished around 10:16 at night!  We can't tell you how proud we are of Dougie for finishing this monumental race!!  Not many people in this lifetime can say they completed an iron-man so a big CONGRATULATIONS to Doug!  Here are some pictures from the race.  We were there to cheer Doug on during the marathon portion of the race!

ANNE ARUNDEL COUNTY FAIR

It's that time of year for the Anne Arundel County Fair.  We had such a good time last year that we couldn't wait for it to arrive this year.  There is so much fun stuff for kids to do including pony rides, pig races, duck races and carnival rides.  Sky LOVED the pig races and even went on her very first roller coaster all by herself.  Here are a few pictures from the fair day
