HAPPY NEW YEAR!!

Dave had to work on New Year's day this year so we decided to have a pretty low-key New Year's Eve.  We went to Bonefish Grill for dinner and I must say you have to try the bang bang shrimp if you haven't already.  Then, we got a carry-out order from Cheesecake Factory for dessert.  We hope everyone had a safe NYE!!  HAPPY NEW YEAR!!

BAHR FAMILY CHRISTMAS

We headed up to Baltimore this year for the Bahr family Christmas and had a wonderful time.  We had good food, the kids had a blast opening presents, we walked to the train garden and saw the lights show at the Inner Harbor.  We couldn't have asked for a better time!  Thank you to Doug and Sara for hosting a wonderful Bahr Christmas!!

STEVENS FAMILY CHRISTMAS!

The final stop on Christmas Day was my Gram's house in Harrisonburg, VA. This is my favorite day of the year because I get to see my entire family.  I have a huge family so it isn't too often that everyone is able to get together which is why Christmas is so special.  We had a nice family dinner, opened presents, had a bunch of desserts and just spent some quality time together.  Below are a few pics:

CHRISTMAS MORNING

Dave and I were so excited for Christmas morning that we could barely contain ourselves.  We couldn't wait to see Sky's little face when she opened up her presents from Santa.  Once she opened all of her presents, we rolled out her final gift...........a new pink Flinstones type car...........and she was thrilled.  She sat in her car the entire morning and even watched Mickey Mouse Clubhouse in it.  It made Dave and I so happy to see Christmas through our little one's eyes.  We hope everyone else had a wonderful day too!! Here are a few pics of Sky opening her presents on Christmas morning:

CHRISTMAS EVE!

This Christmas Eve, we headed over to Annie's for our annual Christmas Eve dinner.  Dave had an amazing cut of prime rib, I had chicken marsala and we both enjoyed their famous cream of crab soup.   After dinner, we took Skylar on a drive through "Lights on the Bay" at Sandy Point State Park.  She absolutely loved all of the lights so we are definitely going to add this to our Christmas Eve tradition.  Below are some pictures from the Bahr family Christmas Eve:
