BABY SHOWER

My mom and aunt hosted the most amazing baby shower for me at the Severn River Inn in Annapolis. The food options were a choice of crab cake with fried green tomatoes or chicken salad on a croissant. They even made me my favorite type of cake - CHOCOLATE! It was so nice to see all of my close friends and family and I appreciate everyone taking the time to celebrate this exciting time in our lives! Here are a few pictures from the wonderful day!!

One really fun thing about my shower is that there were 5 pregnant women there. Here we all are in ascending order.

8 AND 1/2 MONTHS (34 WEEKS)

OH BOY FOLKS - My belly is popping..............I just had my 34 week appointment today and it was quite eventful. The doctor said my blood pressure was good, my belly measurements were good, and the baby is offically in position (head down). She gave me a sonogram and we were able to see a blurry version of her little face and chubby little cheeks. It was so amazing. The countdown officially begins..........

OUTER BANKS

We just got back from our annual beach trip to the Outer Banks. We stayed at a quaint little place called "Cottage by the Pier" and enjoyed some quality family time together. This was the last trip before our bundle of joy arrives and we can't wait to make her a part of this fun trip next year! Here are some pictures from the vacation:

ABOUT 8 MONTHS (30 WEEKS AND 5 DAYS)

Baby Bahr Update: I had my 31 week appointment today and everything seems to be going really well. The baby's heartbeat was in the 140's and the doctor said my belly was measuring on point. Only two months to go. YAY!!

FUN TIMES WITH ADAM AND JEN

It had been way too long since we had seen our buddies, Adam and Jen, so we had a fun dinner at Big Fish followed by some yummy Coldstone!! There's nothing better than a fun evening with friends!!

STACEY'S BABY SHOWER

Stacey had her baby shower this past Sunday for her soon-to-be precious baby boy. She had that pregnancy glow and looked absolutely radiant. We can't wait to meet our soon-to-be nephew. I'm sure he is going to be such a handsome little guy!

MEDIEVAL TIMES

We had so much fun with my cousin, Megan, and her husband, Dan, at Medieval Times this Friday. They drove up from Harrisonburg, VA and it was so nice to see them. Even though our blue knight didn't win, we still enjoyed some great company.

BAHR PREGNANT LADIES

This is such an exciting time for the Bahr family because Stacey, Sara, and I are all pregnant at the same time. We are really looking forward to our kids being the same age and growing up together. Stacey is having a baby boy and Sara and I are both having baby girls! It is going to be so much fun!!!

MY NEW ACURA TSX ('AKA' BABYMOBILE)

With the upcoming birth of our baby girl quickly approaching, it was time to trade in my beloved Celica for a new babymobile. After much consideration, I decided on the Acura TSX. While it was very hard to part with my Celica, I have to ensure my baby girl is nice and safe!

27 WEEKS AND 5 DAYS (ABOUT 7 MONTHS)

I had my 7 month doctor's appointment today and had to drink a very sweet concoction that contained 50 grams of sugar for my glucose test. Hopefully, Baby Bahr and I will be diabetes-free. The baby's heartbeat was around 140 and she was moving around like crazy. Only three more months to go............We are super excited!!

OCEAN PINES GOLF TOURNAMENT

We ventured down to Ocean City this weekend for the Ocean Pines golf tournament that Dave participated in with his dad. We stayed at Dave's parent's beautiful house in Ocean Pines and got to spend some great family time together.

24 WEEKS (6 MONTHS)

Just wanted to provide an update on Baby Bahr. I had my 6 month appointment today and I am officially 24 weeks and 2 days. The doctor said the little one was moving around quite a bit and her heartbeat was great! We are getting super excited! Only a few more months.............;-)
